Ingredients: Organic Pollen

Usage: It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon for adults and 1 teaspoon for children. It can be mixed with honey and consumed.

Warnings:

*It is recommended that those with bee product allergy, asthma or high allergy risk do not consume the product.

*Cannot be used in children under 12 months. Store at room temperature (18-24°). Protect from sunlight. Honey may crystallize over time. You can consume the honey this way or leave the jar in hot water at 45°C for a while to dissolve it.
